Approval Process

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

When working in the My360 Portal there are several areas that require an Approval to make further progress with your project.  Each product category has different guidelines to determine what exactly an approval determines. By using the My360 Portal Approval Process, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Approval Process.

GRAPHIC DESIGN / LOGO APPROVAL

Approving a Graphic Design (not to be printed) is determined as a finished product with no further revisions required.  After an approval from the client, any outstanding payment will be billed and must be completed prior to artwork being provided by Cre8tive Inc.  Any further revisions requested after an approval will be billed at a minimum of an additional hour for the work to be completed.  Exceptions are accepted for Cre8tive Assurance customers that are on an active graphic design coverage program.  A revision is determined as a change in text, spelling error, color combination, size or layout modification, image replacement and any other change requiring a file to be edited.

By providing an initialed approval, you accept the project completedness of the approved design along with the associated cost quoted.

PRINT DESIGN APPROVAL

Approving a Print Design (production by Cre8tive Inc.) is determined as a finished product to be plated and processed to print.  After an approval from the client, any outstanding payment will be billed and must be completed prior to artwork being submitted to preparation for print.  The approval is legally binding and requires the client to complete the transaction in a timely manner.  There are absolutely no cancellations after approving a design to print.  Files approved after 9AM EST will enter production queue for the following day.  Any revision of a Print Design is rejected after Approval.  A revision is determined as a change in text, spelling error, color combination, size modification, image replacement and any other change requiring a file to be edited.

By providing an initialed approval, you accept the project completedness of the approved design along with the associated cost quoted.

WEB DESIGN LAYOUT APPROVAL

Approving a Web Design Layout is determined as a finished design structure with no further design elements required.  After an approval from the client, the layout is moved into a development stage and the design transaction is completed.  Any further revisions requested after an approval will be billed at a minimum of an additional hour for the work to be completed.  Exceptions are accepted for Cre8tive Assurance customers that are on an active web design coverage program.  A revision is determined as a change in color combination, size modification, fixed image replacement, buttons, and any other change requiring static content, structure or content styling to be edited.

By providing an initialed approval, you accept the project completedness of the approved design along with the associated cost quoted.
